The Daily Post asked in this week’s photo challenge:
“This week, let’s play with light! Show us what refraction means to you.”
I came across this peculiar sight whilst waiting for a bus last week. It was a rather damp and foggy morning, and a rather striking silence surrounded me. Hiding in this scene I could see a very golden light, streaming in through the thinning tree leaves, casting a beautiful glow on the ground. It is visible in the center.
Although a lower quality photo, due to the poor zoom on my smart phone, (the device used to take these two particular photos) I would like to emphasize the light.
Strangely enough, amidst the drip-dropping of rainfall, the longer I stared, the faster the light seemed to fade away.
