This week, Daily Post challenged:
-“This week, publish an image of a sign — from the signs you encounter on the street to more personal, less obvious signs that hold meaning for you.”-
Numbers on a calendar with days crossed off. For me, calendars have a lot of meaning, but the question that plagues me is, why do we cross out the days?
Perhaps we are merely keeping track of what day it is? More likely to serve as a countdown to a future time. Be it positive or negative, I find it interesting how we always seem to be wishing our time away.
Counting down, to that inevitable day, when the time you had wished away, will seem so much more valuable.
